Boxing 是由亚洲天后张惠妹发掘、制作的首支独立乐团，来自南台湾屏东排湾族部落的三对兄弟，组成台湾首支排湾拉丁饶舌曲风乐团。六位团员皆以排湾族母语沟通与创作。拳击选手背景出身影响着他们创作灵感以及喜爱的音乐，拳击训练是他们练习节奏、呼吸、默契的最大课程，拳击元素也融入音乐创作和曲风，带给大家热情和奔放的活力。

他们以轻快的拉丁曲风加上最熟悉的排湾母语，和极富张力的饶舌穿插，表达对生活，以及家乡部落文化的想法和态度。时而乐天幽默调侃自己与周遭生活的现实面，时而不忘深情地唱出对亲情和爱情深刻的感受，更有抒发梦想、和自我实现拉扯、文化传承使命的自省和感想，都能在他们质朴又充满穿透力的作品中被听见。他们充满热情、欢乐与力量的Live表演，让人感受到一股“野声音”强烈的临场冲击与即兴魅力！

2015年，在第26届金曲奖的舞台上，他们不负众望拿下了最佳新人奖。距离上张作品两年的时间，Boxing 也终于交出第二张全新作品《不简单》。在新专辑中 Boxing 希望呈现他们最擅长的摇滚乐跟各种电子元素的结合，因此在专辑前半场邀请不同领域的电子音乐人一起编曲制作，包含了EDM、工业、Tropical House、雷鬼电子、复古电气等各种风格。后半场又回到他们自己所擅长的 Band Sound 作品，但大量加入他们所喜爱的80、90年代以吉他为主的摇滚正统。上下半场各自精采，组合成一张专辑又能维持统一的调性。

Boxing is a Latin rap indie band, formed by three pairs of brothers —— Kasiwa , Luwa, Mudi, Jaljan, Kulele, and Rukuc, from Paiwan tribe, Pingtung, southern Taiwan, discovered and produced by famous singer A-Mei. Members of Boxing all communicate and create in their native language. They were career boxers, which affects their muse and favourite music, and practising rhythms, breathing and team tacit by boxing training. Meanwhile they integrate boxing elements into their music style, which bringing people enthusiasm and energy.

Boxing express their thoughts and attitude for life and tribal culture by brisk Latin style, their most familiar native language and powerful rap. Besides, they express the mockery of realistic, the deep feelings of affection and love, the dream, the self-realization and thoughts of the mission of inheriting the culture in their pristine but great penetrating works. Their live performance is full of enthusiasm, imaginative joy, power and improvised compositions, which is called a ”wide voice ” with a strong impact.

In 2015, Boxing has been selected by expert jury for 26th Golden Melody Awards. ( Best New Artists). Two yeas later, they come back with their brand-new album ‘不简单(Not Simple)’. In the first half of new album, they invite many music producers from different fields, in order to combine rock and roll with various kinds of electronic music, including EDM, Tropical House, Reggae electronic, vintage electronic and so on. In the second half, they come back to their own field of Band Sound, adding a lot of their favorite classical rock with guitar of the eighties and nineties. The two halves forming an album with same tonality while maintaining their unique styles.
